      • Initiated the centralised AP process that achieved process efficiency and freed up all regional offices admin time by one day weekly.• Identified a GST compliance issue through accounting policy analysis for new health services provided that consequently raised GST consequences. I quantified the result, developed procedure for process improvement initiative, recommended management voluntarily reporting to ATO for the GST liability that avoided extra penalty.• Identified errors on FBT reports caused by the external fleet company.       • Developed a scenario & statistical based financial model, performed market research and key driver analysis to support CEO completing a multimillion-dollar business case for Relationships Australia Social Enterprise. My advisory role assisted CEO successfully securing the investment from the Board approval. • Managed the development of a TM1 based financial analytical and reconciliation model, which reduced half a day’s preparation time to a few minutes, and improved performance and predictive capabilities by providing multiple years’ rolling month-to-month comparison.• Initiated a data integrity improvement project using SQL and VBA. That solved a long standing reporting variance issue between two reporting systems, solved a total of $200k variance as a result of half a million transactions, and developed a procedure manual for 30 regional offices to improve the ongoing governance of data quality. • Initiated merchant cost analysis and negotiated with St. George Bank for 30 regional office merchant accounts saving the organisation 30% in merchant expenses monthly.• Built a SAP ERP testing environment within 1.5 weeks with a 200G+ SAP demo to build the business case for an ERP system change. This saved the organisation time and money from seeking external consultancy, and provided the insights for the Leadership Team to make an informed decision.• Initiated Concur project and managed a project team of three to implement the Concur system within 2 months for over 100 direct stakeholders. This solution reduced reporting time of expense management from 3 weeks to just a few days, reducing administrative costs and eliminated archiving costs.• Utilising multiple reporting systems’ capabilities, developed a new methodology that reduced end of period financial reporting preparation time from 5.5 days to 3 days. This value-adding reporting improvement assisted management for more effective decision-making. This gave the finance team and cost centre managers transparency and confidence to back up their decision making. This model also identified approx. $50k shortfall in grant payment due to government indexation calculation errors.• Key Super User for ERP system setting up automated schedules to streamline reporting and improve accuracy of financial results to the cost centre managers and improving the month end processes. This freed up time to spend on deeper analysis of trends and insights of the monthly financial results.• Development of government grant model during the budget process to assist senior management to determine salary increases, and passing cash benefits to employees on time.• Assisted department of operations as the key business partner for managing 50 key national wide EAP customers’ contracts, periodical service activity and financial reports to provide excellent control and maintain long-term strategic partnership.       Responsible for reporting and analysing revenue performance, performing revenue projections, proposing fact-based revenue initiatives, preparing business cases’ revenue sections, detecting/preventing revenue leakage and etc. This role also assesses financial/non-financial info/data and validates new/unique ways of revenue streams consistent with the Org. values to assist snr. mgmt. making well-informed decisions and to collaborate with agencies achieving their business goals.• Preparing monthly revenue performance report, end of year projections, variance and 5-year predictive analysis for mgmt. for 30 major Transport cluster customer-facing revenue streams, such as PT farebox. Developed the reporting package, reduced reporting prep. time from 3 days to 2 hrs and improved the accuracy. Integrated forecast capability driven by volume data (Opal, Vehicle data etc.), the performance and predictive analysis done concurrently.• Worked with agencies for financial planning and budgeting by building various forecast models (e.g. linear-exponential regression) which helps in some instances improving forecast accuracy from 30% var. to 0.4% tested monthly.• Collaborated with multiple Divisions and contributed Business Cases’ revenue sections. E.g. built a capacity-driven 30-year revenue impact model and prepared the business case revenue section.
