Follow terms of Fair Housing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the American Disabilities Act, and any other pertinent law Update files real time and communicate with internal business partners status with detailed notes in LMS. Coordinate timely completion of applications, to include collecting and reviewing required documentation and communicate the application decision to the applicant.
