  Transaction Security division undertakes security evaluation attacks on smart cards or embedded systems to certify that the products are safe, socially responsible and compliant with industry and brand specification. As an product evaluator my key target is the security evaluation of Integrated Circuit Chips (ICC) and to identify the ’s resistance to various attack potentials.Domain - Smart Cards & Embedded Systems- Payment System Environment- Smart Card OS & Applications- Functional test accordance with the device specifications- Contact & Contactless card protocols implementation ( ISO7816 & ISO14443)- Understand the Vulnerabilities highlighted from the Code Review and the Security Mechanism implemented- Key assets and the attack potential- Test cases and scripting- State of the art - Penetration Testing (Laser Fault Injection and Electro Magentic Fault Injection)- Optics- Motion control- Characterization- Interfaces- Pattern Recognition- Cryptography- Data Analysis- Documentation- Continual R& DMajor responsibilities involves involves ensuring whether the product (mostly related but not restricted to smart cards used in payment system environment) is secure and resistant to a high attack potential.
