Expanded Program’s strategic communications efforts by presenting grantmaking strategies to grantees, presenting before the board, writing blogs that highlighted the work of grantees, and managing the development of digital assets that visually communicated the impact of grantmaking strategies. Contributed towards building a better understanding of who benefits from Hewlett funding by co-managing the mid-point assessment of our five year strategic framework.Successfully designed and launched a grantee community of practice for 50 grantees to build their capacity to conduct audience research and engage audiences in response to changing demographics of the Bay Area that included: organizing a one-day convening of grantees, designing several day-long grantee field trips, hosting webinars, and coordinating six peer led knowledge-sharing groups.Increased the Program’s ability to offer capacity building support to grantees by applying improved project management, program design, and facilitation skills to manage several complex consultant contracts ranging in budget from $30,000 to $500,000.
