   Milk Analysis supervising in Herd Laboratory: Bacteriological analysis for Raw milk Determination of Protein in Milk by using Kjldhal method. Test for the Aflatoxin in Milk. MRT (Milk Ring Test) for raw bulk milk samples to detect the bacterial pathogen ‘Brucella aborts’. Detection of ‘Somatic Cell Count’ in raw bulk milk samples. Test for antibiotic in raw milk . Different staining techniques such as Gram stain, Acid-fast stain, Capsule stain, Giemsa stain, Spore stain and Leishman stain. Diagnosis of some of the important bacterial pathogens only by visual observations of colonies and by few important tests. These bacterial pathogens include E-coli, Staphylococcal species, Aero monas, Klebsiella, Proteus species, Vibrio species, Maintaining ‘Sterility; of aseptic microbiological testing and other chambers of laboratory at satisfactory level. Clinical and Biological analysis (Herd Clinical Laboratory): Complete ‘Hematological’ analysis and ‘Blood Serum Chemistry’ by automated analyzers. Bacteriological analysis for ‘Mastitis milk’ to detect ‘Mastitis’ causing organisms. Milk Ring Test (MRT) for the milk samples of ‘aborted cows’ for the detection of ‘brucella aborts’. Rose Bengal Serum Agglutination Test , for the presence and confirmation of Brucella aborts in blood samples of aborted cows. ELISA tests for the detection of Brucella aborts, Johns Disease Culturing and Antibiotic Sensitivity Test for clinical specimens. Feed and Fodder Samples : Test for ‘Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF) Test for ‘Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) Test for ‘Protein Test for ‘Dry Matter Test for ‘Ash Aflatoxin in Feed is determined by Elisa method. Conducting test for Chemical oxygen demand Conducting test for Bio Chemical oxygen demand Conducting test for Dissolved oxygen Total dissolved solids (TDS) Total suspended solids (TSS) PH, Total Hardness, Calcium, Magnesium, sulfate, Phosphate, chloride and Chlorine Show less
