      At Encore Entertainment/Ultrax Disk Jockeys I started off by becoming proficient at operating photobooth and lighting systems. After some time in that role I worked my way into the position of team leader of photobooth and lighting. In this position I directed and trained a team of highly skilled professionals who set up Lighting Systems and Photobooths as well as ran them, with the aim of providing the perfect memory for our customers. Winning 2021 Team Leader of the Year and assisting the owner with winning the Hamilton Township business of the month. I oversaw $5,900 worth of equipment and 3 team members. Shortly after receiving team leader of the year I promoted to the role of Director of Production Operations. As Director of Production Operations I managed event logistics, organization, a solid team structure, and I coordinated an effort of purging outdated and unused equipment for Encore that recovered $1,700 in value and opened up over 550 square foot of storage space. Seeing the smile on peoples faces on their wedding day was an amazing feeling! I loved my time working at Encore! I left to enlist in the U.S. Airforce. Show less

When I enlisted my sister assumed 100% responsibility and currently is still operating The Yard Card Experts. I learned major life lessons from creating my own business, for example: Marketing, Sales, Web Design and Search Engine Optimization, Logistics, Product Development, book keeping and Communication. I oversaw the entire booking process, organized over 300 different individual signs, and 100+ personalized Yard Card set ups each with average cost between $100-$200+.       I have been entrusted to maintain 4 $2M engines per aircraft with a estimated combined worth $8M per aircraft for a fleet of 24 Boeing KC-135’s each valued at $53M worth over $1.2B total. With an active secret security clearance, I have seen through 5 Isochronal Inspections and 6 engine changes.Duties and Responsibilities: As a Isochronal Inspection Jet Troop I Perform troubleshooting, manage engine health, and determine repair procedures on aircraft engines based on isochronal inspections. I remove, install, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain engines. I document/review information and computer databases in accordance with FAA regulations. I operate Aerospace Ground Equipment. I will learn soon how to run engines on Boeing KC-135 Stratotankers.The world's best selling engine in aviation history is the CFM56 class engine made was historically for the Boeing 737, with the US Airforce alone deploying 2500 engines. 33,000+ Engines Made and 1 Billlon+ Flight hours so far According to The Safran-Group. As President of the Dormitory Residence Council I coordinate Dorm Council monthly meetings with the rest of the council, dorm members, and the 6th ARW Chief Master Sergeant to discuss dorm budgets, problems, and plan/facilitate moral functions and fundraisers. This is to create a community and morale for all airman at Macdill AFB Dormitories. There are a total of 7 buildings with an estimated cost of $77M and around 400-600 airman living in the dormitories. As president I have just launched a new communication system for dorm residents to solve the problem of our archaic system of bombarding flyers on airmen dorms. I’m a month I oversaw 1/4th of the airmen join our system via word of mouth. We aspire to have 100% of all airmen involved by Q4 FY 2023. I love this position because I can help out all of the airmen feel as though the dorms are their “home away from home”. Show less Non-Profit Private Organization to support Macdill AFB Troops. As booster club secretary I assisted the president as a personal assistant, Coordinated fundraising/volunteer events and major holiday parties with 75-100+ person turn outs.
