Worked with corporate engineering network and RF Engineering teams. Entrie team provided 24/7 on-call support.• Oversaw cell site maintenance of 200+ sites including Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI’s), transmission line, troubleshooting and repair, routine BTS preventive maintenance inspection and troubleshooting and issue resolution.• Resolved networking issues that complied with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Created post-mortem reports for high customer impacting issues.• Managed teams that operated and performed central office (MSC) routine maintenance, backhaul test and acceptance (T1 to OC12), break-fix and capacity expansion projects.Accomplishments: Led Affiliate Network Modernization project to deploy 3G network. Installed equipment and added necessary capacity.
