Prepared Case history of every child after she gets an admission in Child Care Institution.3.Planned an Individual care plan of each child for the rehabilitation and Reintegration process.4.Prepared Quarterly Progress Report of each child in coordination with counselor. 5.As per the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 the case of each child was to be presented in Child Welfare Committee for further action to be taken.6.Constructed various plans, proposals, at CCI level for ensuring safe and secure environment for children.7.Focused on each and every child’s overall development like Education, Vocational training, educating them on child rights, morals and values and to make sure child is not facing any kind of problem during her stay in Child Care Institution.8.Organized various In house recreational activities for children.9.Handled cases of Sexual abuse victims as per POCSO (Protection of children from Sexual offences, Act 2012).10.Worked as a support person of sexual abuse victims and did all the court work in assigned cases and accompanied the child during court hearings, looked after overall development of child so she can come out of the trauma.11.Actively participated in various Child Labour and Child Beggar drive throughout the city and rescued many children during my tenure in this department.
