  The course provided an insight into the different ways to create and measure a successful campaign, evaluating the appropriate metrics and understanding the role of timelines in a social media marketing campaign. We were set a task to produce a strategy and sample content for a social media campaign, this enabled me to increase my knowledge of digital marketing, improve my creativity skills and experience how to create a successful campaign.   This Internship Experience UK was a three-day experience filled with great opportunities, networking 1:1 and also learning from leading industries such as, Google, Enterprise Rent a Car and Marks and Spencer’s. During day two and three of the experience, a work sample was set to apply knowledge from the previous day ( insightful seminars hosted by leading industries) to arrange the UK Expansion of Enterprise Car Club, wherein I had to conduct a competitive analysis, using key statistics to back up a rationale, create a budget allocation and to complete a SWOT analysis for a marketing strategy/ plan. This exercise allowed me to expand my skills in research analysis, problem-solving and creative imagination. A selection of different firms were present including: Bain & Company, Alpha FMC, PwC, PA Consulting and Elixirr.The internship provided an insight into a variety of different fields of consulting including; - Project Management and the benefits of utilising the RACI matrix- Change Management and how to overcome obstacles - Strategic Problem Solving - Innovation in Consulting Our task was to propose a customer loyalty pitch for a chocolate and confectionary company in the UK in hope to increase sales due to an rise in competition in the market. We were set the task to propose a solution, project the ROI, carry out market analysis and outline a change management approach as well as presenting a final implementation plan. This experience has enabled me to understand the management section of business to ensure projects are integrated seamlessly and allowed me to benefit from networking with new peers and partaking in a typical consultancy project.
