Effective problem solving and the ability to work independently were the competencies that enabled me to be effective in this role.In 2019, I led the commercialisation of IQOS, a new technology and a new product category in New Zealand Duty Free, established a new cost saving distribution system and was project lead for a rewards and recognition program.At the Worldwide Duty Free Conference in Lausanne, I won the Creativity and Innovation Award for my ideas to develop the Philip Morris brand in China.
