      A320 family aircraft base maintenance internship at Air France's Toulouse facilities. Participating in maintenance tasks during heavy checks (check C and D) as part of the Avionics mechanics team.

      Industrialization of thermal control equipments (Multi-Layor Insulation). Created a "Performances Justification Dossier" including a comprehensive list of product and associated thermal performances and characteristics in order to ease the development process of Eurostar 2000 geosynchronous class satellites as well as other Airbus Defense and space space probes.

      Breakthrough config for medium-haul aircrafts - Integrated project team member

      Integrated project as part of ISAE SUPAERO's TAS AERO AM.Trade-study of a breakthrough design for a medium-haul commercial aircraft (150 PAX, 2500 Nm autonomy). Main characteristics of this new-gen type of aircraft was a blended-wing body associated to a Boundary Layer Ingestion Engine (BLI Engine).Used ONERA's FAST code to shape our design. (Defining Flight handling characteristics, propulsion and aerodynamics performances) Worked in an international team and had to manage every aspects of the project (risks, schedule, quality, costs). Forecasting needs, anticipating issues, reviewing technical documents to better prepare maintenance tasks and Configuration changes to match Flight Test Requests Specs. Maturity Maintenance Control Center For Airbus' AIRLINE1: Participating in the external missions process improvement and implementation of Airline-like processes such as Line Maintenance Checks, continuous Airworthiness, ETOPS, MMEL, Emergency Response Plan. Dry-Run and validation on A350-1000 Route-Proving.Everything cited above took place in the frame of the A350-1000 Certification as well as program development and maturity of A350-900, A380, A330 and Single Aisle NEO family (A319/320/321 NEO).
