      · Responsible for the Operational Excellence area for Spain, Mexico and Latin America, leading all the improvement initiatives identified in the different operational campaigns and the management of projects that involve automation, productive and analytical improvements in the different campaigns, guaranteeing the administration of resources, increasing the operational capacity and reducing costs to increase the profitability of the organization.o I Developed an improvement project in Mexico City by standardizing work methods, technological adjustments, organizational restructuring, data analysis and cleaning that generated savings of 7,500,000 pesos/month.o I integrated the areas of Technology, Business Intelligence, Automation with the areas of operations from mediation, management and conciliation in all inter-area projects.o I automated a typing process during incoming calls in loyalty campaigns which allowed to increase the capacity of the process by 12%, reducing the call time by at least 1:30 minutes, saving 37,500 minutes/month.o I led a transnational project oriented to the standardization and documentation of the operational processes for the campaigns of Spain, Mexico and Colombia, obtaining more than 650 diagrammed processes, detecting from these more than 1050 improvements in total.o I implemented in the Workforce area for the cities of Bogotá and Cali a forecasting technique called M3 competition that improved the accuracy of the projections with respect to the one delivered by the client, going from a 12% deviation to a 7% deviation.o Conceptualized more than 30 robotic processes (RPA) and a chatbot materialized in the UIPath tool that generated savings of more than 20 million pesos/month in outgoing and incoming call campaigns.
