  Since October 2022, I have been the sole designer at the company. I was responsible for all design work related to several key projects simultaneously in both B2C and B2B products of the company.- Together with the product team, I developed new products and features, as well as maintained and improved existing ones.- Conducted UX tests using interactive prototypes of the main product flows: BNPL loan onboarding, user interaction with BNPL product in the app (repayment of debts, early payment, payment management), interaction with coupons in the cashback product, as well as many other features.- Was responsible for branding and identity processes, created creatives for advertising campaigns and promo-landing pages.- Managed the process and ensured quality control for projects handed over to outsourced designers.- Studied and implemented best practices in the market to optimize and improve the quality of my work.- Despite limited design resources, thanks to clear and transparent communication with the product and development team, process optimization in product work, I learned to effectively achieve the business goals set.- Worked closely with the product team, marketing managers, analysts, and developers to create the best user experience.- Developed and maintained a design system for the entire product, including the application, web, brand book, and promo materials.
