  In my role as the Liaison Officer for the French delegation attending the G20 eDWG meet in Pune, my responsibilities were multi-faceted and pivotal in ensuring the success of the delegation's visit. With a blend of logistical coordination, cultural understanding, and diplomatic finesse, I was tasked with orchestrating every aspect of the delegation's stay, travel, welcome, and participation in the event. This included arranging accommodations that met the delegation's preferences and requirements, coordinating transportation to and from the airport, and ensuring smooth transitions between various venues and activities throughout their stay. My goal was to make the entire process as stress-free as possible for the delegation, allowing them to focus on the purpose of their visit rather than logistical hurdles. Welcoming the delegation to Pune was a key part of my role, and it went beyond simply greeting them at the airport. By providing a memorable welcome, I aimed to set the tone for a positive and productive visit for the delegation. Clear and timely communication helped to avoid misunderstandings and ensured that everyone was on the same page throughout the delegation's visit. As the delegation participated in the G20 eDWG meet, I worked behind the scenes to ensure that their experience was both productive and enjoyable. I aimed to ensure that the delegation made the most of their time at the event and achieved their objectives.
