  Doulix is a synthetic biology toolkit to design, validate and synthesize custom synthetic biology constructs. Doulix allows designing custom constructs by assembling standard biological parts called Biomodules into multipartite plasmids. Facing an upscale process, I have implemented automized protocols for the analysis and production of intermediate products.

  My research was mainly focused on the best strategies we can apply, using machine learning, to uncover the correlation between specific mutagen events and the relative mutational signatures. My goal was to further our knowledge of the biological processes responsible for the etiology of cancer.
