Learned sales skills through calculating estimates and giving dynamic solutions to assist our clients with their pest control needs. Studied how to schedule and best strategize to maximize face-to-face client interactions. Learned how to understand and provide for unique situations for clients.

  Studied client relationships and the renewal process with account managers. Learned about the dynamic relationship between brokers and insurance companies to bring a great deal to our clients. Meet with producers to learn about their role in expanding and growing the business. Produced deliverables with other interns locally, nationally, and internationally on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Built skills to present to executives both in person and remotely (Webex and Teams).

  Assist producers and account executives on a daily basis building loss summaries. Built models for proposals, as bounds, and stewardships to help with the renewal process. Studied the renewal process underneath multiple account executives to learn how to best help clients mitigate their commercial insurance needs. Created models to prepare for new clients on both PowerPoint and Excel.
