Installed and managed LANs, client operating systems, routers, time division multiplexers, secure radio nets and a variety of microwave, RF and satellite ground terminal communications equipment. ● Performed fault isolation and troubleshooting for foreign NATO communication systems. Implemented telecommunication solutions involving different vendors, serial data signals and international equipment types. ● Personally responsible for the management and training of over 30 enlisted Marines as platoon sergeant, while a student within the Modern Standard Arabic language course at the Defense Language Institute, Monterey, CA. Successfully completed the Arabic language course with a 1+/2/2 comprehension of listening, reading and speaking. Show less
