  Responsible for proposal preparation and project budget analysis, supervision of Designers as well as design and permitting of numerous public and private development projects. Conducted detailed ICPR and XPSWMM stormwater analysis for stormwater master planning projects. Completed residential multifamily and subdivision design, engineering feasibility analysis, utility designs inclusive of water, wastewater, and stormwater design, minor roadway design, parking lots, permitting in the City of Tallahassee, Leon County, ERP in many parts of the state of Florida and FDEP permitting as well as Georgia local and state erosion control permitting. Utility design included water and sewer design inclusive of lift stations and water piping networks and analysis. While at Genesis I supervised multiple personnel from EIT’s to Cadd Technicians and the daily completion of work product to meet deadlines for submittals. Show less

  As owner of an Engineering business I was responsible for completing structural design for residential homes and engineering for residential site, rezoning and land development in Leon and surrounding counties including water and sewer design and permitting. I was directly responsible for the over sight of employees and subconsultants during the day to day operations.

  At DRMP I am responsible for proposal preparation and project budget analysis, site development and stormwater engineering including private and public roadway design and stormwater analysis as well as stormwater modeling and master planning. I also perform utility design of Potable Water distribution and Gravity/Pressure sewer collection systems inclusive of potable water wells, lift stations and large dosed septic systems. I am responsible for the QA/QC prior to submittal on a wide range of stormwater, site development, roadway and utility design projects. I am responsible for permitting with many jurisdictions including the City of Tallahassee, Leon County, Environmental Resource Permitting with NWFWMD, SRWMD, SJRWMD, SWFWMD, FDEP utility permitting, permitting with many other local municipalities throughout the state of Florida and Georgia.
