      Led a Distribution Platoon for a towed Field Artillery Battalion. Directly responsible for the health, welfare, training, and morale of 20 personnel. Served as the technical expert in commodities distribution with over 3,000 tons of supplies delivered. Advised senior commanders on how to streamline and maximize the efficiency of tactical supply and ammunition distribution operations. Managed a property book in excess of $2 million.• Served as the primary logistician for all transportation movements, deliveries, and logistics operations for a Field Artillery Squadron. Conducted operations to distribute classes I, II, III (B), V and IX of supply across 5 separate organizations.• Managed the receipt, issue, and distribution of $40 million of 17 variants of ammunition. Responsible for the proper coordination and separation to transport ammunition safely and responsibly in accordance with the 49CFR.• Supervised the distribution of over 183,000 gallons of F24 fuel valued at $664,290 during tenure with zero loss and zero failed fuel safety inspections.• Implemented a rigorous cross-training and drivers training program.       • Served as the Maintenance Control Officer, responsible for all aspects of the Squadron Maintenance Program to include 18 M777A2 Howitzers, 16 Strykers, and 200 vehicles of varying models used to support a Field Artillery Squadron.• Managed over 800 lines of quick repair parts for 5 separate organizations, valued in excess of $1.5 million. This led to an increased readiness posture calculated to be 98% during my tenure. • Earned a 98% commendable rating during the III Corps Command Maintenance Discipline Program inspection. This encapsulated all areas of maintenance to include dispatching, quality control, filing systems, training certification programs, and innovative techniques. Maintenance team was recognized by III Corps Commander for performance in the inspection and was the highest rated maintenance program in all Fort Hood, and III Corps.• Additionally served as the Platoon leader for the Maintenance Platoon. Responsible for the health, welfare, morale, welfare, readiness, and professional development of 57 lower enlisted Soldiers, 18 Non-Commissioned Officers, and 1 Warrant Officer. Signed, distributed, and maintained over $24 million in property during tenure as Platoon Leader.• Rated as the number 1 Lieutenant of 45 within the Squadron. Recognized for exceptional performance during a demanding training cycle that culminated in a simulated deployment to the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Ca. Recommended for promotion to Captain as a result of work ethic.• Led a maintenance program that completed 2820 unscheduled repairs and 5275 scheduled service.
