  Workstream Lead for SAP Business Workflow, BRF+ and CRM Correspondence: Led the Workflow requirements gathering and design/build across Customer services, Goodwill postings, Manual refunds, Meter Read estimation, Back office Billing Vacant property management to mention a few. Built Proof of Concept BRFplus application for client demonstration during Blueprint enabling BRFplus as the client choice for a Rules engine (vs SAP BRM). Led all SAP BRF+ development - rulesets and applications across FI-CA (Collections Strategy), CRM Contract creation process, workitem routing.  Designed the end to end correspondence architecture for Scottishpower, comprising of Outbound correspondence, (both paper and email), interfacing with third party document composition software. E.g., DOC1 and Eclipse, print house RRDonelly and document repository system Filenet (ICC4SAP) for archive linking purposes. Implemented SAP ISU Print WorkBench (PWB) and Correspondence configuration for Invoices, Annual Statements, Dunning reminders, Move in Welcome letter etc. triggered from ISU. For CRM triggered correspondence in Contract Management, Complaints, New customer Gains (Welcome Pack and Registration confirmation) etc. utilized the SAP Post processing Framework (PPF) via Actions in transaction. Configured inbound emails with exchange server 2007 and routed for customer profile determination via third party Genesis. Integrated custom components within CRM WebClient UI, mainly in the Account overview section Configured the HR organization structure aligned with the Business Workflow requirements for Finance & Billing.  Led and managed offshore development teams on a day-to-day basis during the entire build stages – walkthrough technical design with teams and review development work. Prepared training modules and imparted training on CRM Data model and BRFplus within the project.
