This unique position combines operational management with strategic oversight of law firm acquisitions, as well as management of the offsite storage facility for important documentation. Main Responsibilities: Operational Management: Work closely with senior management to improve efficiency and enhance client service delivery.Oversee the day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.Identify potential delays and issues, formulate plans, and implement strategies to overcome them.Lead a team in identifying and developing innovative ideas to drive performance and streamline processes.Manage the offsite storage facility, where a dedicated team oversees archiving, storage, and movement of important documentation. Law Firm Acquisitions: Support the acquisition program by overseeing, planning, and implementing law firm acquisitions.Collaborate with senior management to identify suitable acquisition targets and assess their compatibility with the organisation.Coordinate due diligence processes and facilitate smooth transitions during acquisitions.Ensure integration of acquired firms into existing operations and systems. Customer Service Oversight: Manage a small to medium-sized customer service team within the Call Centre, ensuring excellent first-line communication with clients.Lead team meetings to keep staff informed and motivated, addressing any concerns or issues.Monitor and maintain accurate data input on relevant reports and internal systems.Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and morale.Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally, with a focus on maintaining high service standards.
