  I'm leading and managing a cross-functional team of ~15 members (backend and frontend developers, data engineers, analysts, UI/UX designers).My goal is to deliver the required value in the expected time. Therefore, I manage my team members, prioritize tasks, plan releases, and refine the backlog.Also, I cooperate with our software architect to plan and propose future architectural decisions. I'm leading the group of technical authors. As a dean, I create and refactor courses about Java development. Also, I lecture about Java, Spring, Hibernate, Databases, and best practices about programming. Designing and leading the development of the highload real-time messaging system. MTS products send users' events to our platform. We collect and aggregate them into dashboards based on the client's requirements. Besides, we also enrich the upcoming messages with additional user data in real time. I developed the administration system for business analysts. Users can describe the rules and view the filtered mobile traffic results in offline mode. It helps to compare MTS products' popularity to other competitors on the market.
