  Providing installation, service, repair and integration of a 1000+ camera hybrid CCTV system including a Pelco CM9780 Matrix with Pelco analog fixed and analog PTZ cameras as well as Avigilon IP HD cameras and Synectics IP HD cameras running through a Synectics VMS and recorded by 32 channel Synectics PSNs. Also integrated with this system is a DSX Access Control system for alarms and door controls through the Synectics VMS. All systems communicate through a network comprised of a Cisco 4500 series switch and multiple Cisco 2960 and 3750 series switches which I program and administer on site.I oversee all technical operations in the Surveillance department as well as another technician. I provide training and guidance to my technician to help further their knowledge in the field. I also design and plan all new projects in the casino from start to finish. When needed, I help out with operations in the Surveillance Room such as monitoring table games and activities around the casino.I also take care of all time keeping and payroll for the Surveillance department. Along with this, I help with scheduling and PTO requests for the department. Lastly, I stand in as Acting Director of Surveillance when needed in the absence of the Director. Show less
