      Worked On DBP processes streamlining projectI was part of the team who updated the CBT for DBP which helped everyone including the new hires in the benefits to understand the DBP processes.I have worked with the domain lead on this project and lots of people (onshore) were involved in this project. It was a huge success as manual errors were reduced to almost none after this project. Worked on Task Manager Tool implementation ProjectsThis tool is all about capturing the correct time we spending on each activity so that we can have correct production hours and we do not have any miss on closing maestro task. I was the one from the unit who helped in implementing the task manager tool in west unit. First I have attended the training to know how to use the tool and then, i have conducted training for everyone in the unit to let them know the same. Show less
