  I help organize and run two off-site locations. This job required an off-site storage layout design as well as developing an inventory system from scratch. We also coordinate with shop managers, corporate team members and the wood shop on multiple product and event items being moved from various locations.This job requires people, organizational, hard work mentality and extreme communication skills.

  Training Chief

  I was the Training Chief for West Fargo Rural Fire Department. I lead the department in maintaining special skill sets related to firefighting.In this position, I managed a budget, brought in industry leading outside training events, acquired crucial training props, drove the process of receiving $15,000 in donations for grain bin and rope rescue training. I began a tracking process to log training and other department efforts from scratch and upgraded it to a cloud based system. During this overall process I focused on ensuring training was worthwhile and fun for the members. Show less
