  • Lead a team of 15 employees and responsible for 7 production lines (5 capri-sun lines, 2 Bg-in-box)• On a daily routine ensure on-line quality checks are carried out in accordance with quality test standards to ensure product specification is met at all times and do every four hours with the engineers a short interval control routine in order to optimise line performance and production cost• Developed an individual development plan for each employee of the team in order to ensure people capability to flex people resource across lines and functions to meet fluctuations in demand• Participated in a production plan change of one line that save 20000 litres of water per year and decreased 3 hours of changeover per week. Show less • Aim of the project was to identify engineering opportunities to reduce this loss without impacting the overall performance.• Conducted a process mapping showing all the areas of waste• Conducted a mass balance in all the lines and analysed the data using 3 different techniques: Pareto analysis, Fish bones diagram and 5 whys.• Recommendations were presented at low cost resulting in a short payback period and significant cost savings and the overall loss reduced 0.20% in average on each line.
