      Was basically a one man team when creating a business that revolved around indoor and outdoor Fly Fishing Instruction/Guiding for kids as young as 3 and any age above, including adults.Business management, program curriculum creator, social media manager, marketing director, teacher and or instructor, customer service, Budget Management. Everything that is involved when trying to create/start a one of a kind business model around teaching kids how to fly fish. This was done both indoors for practice casting and tying knots, and outdoors to apply what was learned inside. I was also the head instructor/guide, traveling to different locations both indoor and out.Finding and converting leads for a niche but growing industry in Fly Fishing. Creating brand awareness, customer account management, retaining customers who were all 1st time customers, during the height of COVID-19. Was definitely not an easy feat, frustrating at times but I made it work with the help of my knowledge, my pure love and passion for the sport and the joy of being in a position to be able to pass on that knowledge and love to kids and adults, hopefully creating lifelong fly fishing men and women.
