These jobs introduced me to event management and gave me the opportunity to see different vantage points and to collaborate with different levels of staff across every sector, while also being able to enjoy amazing music and enjoy the festival. It is regarded as serving some of the best food in London with a heart of French cuisine and occasional nods to the Mediterranean. During my time with La Trompette, I rotated between the front of house, kitchen, and events collaborating with other staff to assist in the preparation of food and overall service of the restaurant. This experience allowed me to see inside the restaurant industry and service quality management while learning under top chefs and at the same time improving my professional English language skills.
