      I identified opportunities to implement operational excellence and process improvement initiatives, as well as overseeing the development of training programs to ensure strategic alignment for an organization with 7,500 personnel. Some of the highlights of this role included:➪ Personnel training was a large part of how I added value to the organization. I developed and facilitated an average of 15 courses that ranged in topics from process improvement through team building and leadership. One of the premiere programs that I developed and facilitated was the leadership development portfolio that included 100+ hours and 27 different modules. During my tenure, I positively impacted the leadership style of 566 Air Force leaders with this training.➪ I supported multiple Lean Six Sigma / continuous process improvement projects through varying degrees of leadership, project support or research and administrative tasks. Some of the highlights included: ✓ Identified the opportunity to save $1M in costs by streamlining and standardizing weekly meetings attended by 80+ organizational leaders while also promoting more effective divisional interoperability. ✓ Created professional development analysis; collected metrics, conducted trend analysis, identified potential barriers to process improvement and implemented prevention and success strategies. ✓ Assisted with maintenance scheduling standardization project that reduced redundancies. Show less I created the daily production schedule, priorities and goals that led 295 technicians to complete 13K annual equipment inspections and thousands of maintenance and repair tasks. My team maintained the operability and safety of 682 pieces of equipment including back-up power systems, generators, low and high pressure air compressors, jacks, hydraulic lifts, liquid oxygen and nitrogen servicing carts (liquid and gaseous), portable HVAC units and fuel tanks valued at $25M. Some of the highlights of this role included:➪ In order to enable 27,000 annual equipment dispatches to meet the needs of the customer, I created an effective production schedule that ensured 96% of all tasks were complete on-time by planning workflow, delegating tasks and ordering necessary parts, supplies and equipment. ➪ I used my training and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles to implement the “voice of the customer” initiative. This new process improved our equipment fleet availability rate by 7.9%. In addition, I led programs that created a quality- and safety-focused culture focused on compliance with technical directives and OSHA safety guidelines.
