  I lead a team of 5 enthousiastic colleagues specialized in copyright management within the performing arts scene (theatre, choreography, opera and stand-up comedy). I am accountable for establishing high standard member relations as well as maximizing copyright revenues deriving from our member's performances in Belgium and abroad. Our daily business consists of (1) maintaining good relations with cultural centres, performing arts centres and theatre halls (2) follow up on reporting and invoicing, (3) distribution of coyrights, (4) CRM management, (5) member relations. We strife to apply a member centric and client friendly approach in our day to day business.As account manager I am accountable for having license agreements in place for the use of theatre and audiovisual repertoire. Licencees are mainly cultural centres, (S)VOD services, broadcasting & production companies (from national to local).Other core tasks consist of (1) monitoring and improving license terms & conditions, (2) market analysis (3) budget & reporting.
