      In my role as a Technical Modernization Lead, I focus on enhancing the Training Network capabilities as part of NETC's commitment to delivering effective and efficient training services. My primary contributions are in the areas of configuration management, automation, and hardening as well as other initiatives that align with Ready Relevant Learning. Key responsibilities include:Configuration Management - Design Implementation securing and tuning configuration management infrastructure in alignment with NETC's strategic objectives and overarching DoD and DON policies/guidance.Automation Initiatives - Leading efforts to automate various processes within the Training Network, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manual workload. My focus is on developing and implementing automation solutions that streamline the lifecycle management process for on-premises endpoints.Mobility Solutions - Implementing and managing mobility devices that are pivotal for the Ready Relevant Learning initiative. I am involved in selecting, configuring, and deploying devices that enhance the learning experience of sailors, ensuring they have access to the necessary training materials anytime and anywhere.Collaboration and Compliance - Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that all technological solutions are in line with NETC's broader goals and comply with stringent cybersecurity standards.Continuous Improvement and Innovation - Staying abreast of the latest technological advancements to continually improve the TDS environment and advise enterprise teams. This involves researching and proposing new technologies that can further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise and Electronic Classroom teams.In this role, I am committed to leveraging technology to modernize and improve the Navy's training delivery systems, ensuring that they are secure, efficient, and capable of meeting the evolving needs of naval education and training.
