Identify the company’s key sustainability issue to address relevant departments to take appropriate action towards improvement. • Provide detailed reports and presentation to group of companies to update on company’s current state of performance along with action plans for improvement.• Monitor the implementation of Cost Reduction and Optimization Program (CROP) initiatives throughout the company to meet overall targets and deadline. Identify non-performing initiatives and discuss with the person in charge and steering committee to find solution. • Assist the committee in overseeing 64 cost reduction initiatives across 12 departments.
