  Management and promotion of events incollaboration with external agents for the development of the student community. I've been able to polish my creative skills by creating flyers and content for social media with graphic design tools such as Canva, as well as to improve my management and interpersonal skills by reaching out to external collaborators in order to make such events possible.Integration of new generations and their monitoring to ensure both their safety and the proper use of the facilities by the follow-up of residence protocols. This was a huge leap for my responsibility and teamwork skills, by the distribution of tasks (nocturnal security patrols with their respective documented report submission, paramedic/security staff request, conflict mediation, etc.) organization and constant effective communication with my work team.Carry out the administrative process and follow-up of residents' documentation with the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Miro; organization of digital folders and archive of physical documents. This allowed me to get acquainted with administrative tasks and perform better use at programs such as Excel and Word, improving my time and task prioritization management. Show less
