I also answer claims questions, run reports, resolve issues, review & respond to appeals, train new analysts, oversee our NSA QPA & IDR processes and any other duties related to the claims process. I have ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPC, CPT, & CDT coding knowledge. I review & process medical, vision, & RX claims; have ICD-9 & 10, HCPC and CPT coding knowledge; register claims into the system; answer claims questions; run paid claims reports; resolve issues; review & respond to appeals; register and process prescription admin fee claims; and any other duties related to the claims process and any other department in our organization that I can help with. I also train new claims analysts and supervise all of our analysts.
