      Business Operations for Modern Support within the Office 365 Customer Experience team. Main focus is on improving customer satisfaction of the customer support experience. Responsibilities include business model development, partner strategy, S&OP, budget, compliance regulations, and using data and insights to drive change. Managed software engineering team responsible for Office 365 onboarding and migrations. Managed the test team for the Office 365 Customer Connection team. This team was chartered with O365 Setup, Diagnostics, Commerce and Service Health. Also worked on some cross-Office initiatives, including leading the standardization of incident management. Managed the test team for the Exchange Customer Experience team. This team was chartered with sustained engineering of previous Exchange products, as well as development of several new features for Exchange Server, along with some Office 365 features. Worked on a startup mobile phone project within Microsoft that was eventually named "KIN." Learned alot about starting a team from scratch including; hiring, building out the infrastructure, developing/creating mobile hardware, software and a service simultaneously, acquisitions both internal and external, merging multiple cultures to work together and eventually shutting down the project. Managed the Test team, Release Management team and the Technology Adoption Program team for multiple Windows Embedded products. Worked on multiple products managing joint development programs for 3rd-party development partners and technology adoption programs for customers. Implemented these programs for the following products - Exchange Server, BizTalk, and multiple Windows Embedded products Worked on multiple client/server products with an emphasis on testing, including; Schedule+, Outlook Web Access, Exchange Server Admin & Setup
