  As Staff and Program Specialist at Ridgecrest Summer Camps, my primary responsibilities included recruiting and hiring of 120 summer staff (a 41% increase from previous years), training and leading our staff, as well as planning and implementing our summer schedule for over 1200 campers. It was also my responsibility to manage our budget by monitoring the receipts and spending of our summer leadership who carried company credit cards.   As the TivaWater Marketing Intern, my role was to create a relationship between the University of Tennessee and TivaWater that hadn't really existed before. We were successful in making TivaWater known with both students and executives at the University of Tennessee. I created a TivaWater bowtie as a marketing strategy, which we sold to members of UT's student body, alumni, and staff to make TivaWater known. It was quite successful as you can read below in an article published by UT's Torchbearer Magazine. I also planted roots in the Greek philanthropic system at UT. Every sorority now participates in raising money to support TivaWater in ending the world water crisis. Show less
