WINE PROGRAM - Expanded selections from 10 wines to 40 wines without any initial investment; showcasing small South American Winery’s and unique varietals- Organized, Promoted, and Coordinated monthly Wine Dinners - Provided staff with extensive wine training; daily pairings, blind tasting, and incentives- Increased wine sales from 8% to %20 of total sales RITZ CARLTON CONCIERGE SUPPORT I visited the Ritz Carlton Concierge on a regular basis. I'd bring them chocolates and flowers, leave them with hardcover menus, introduce them to the Chef, and invite them to dine with us. Then we would spoil them rotten ; there favorite songs on the playlist, tasting menu with pairings, champagne glasses always full, making sure they had a memorable experience.
