  I teach different courses of Psychology to BA (Hons.) and MA (Psychology) students. Apart from teaching these courses I am involved in teaching of Master of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MPMIR) course students. I teach Principles of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management and Organizational Development and Change. The students of IIT(BHU), Varanasi also opt for Industrial and Organiztional Psychology course as their open elective course.I am also involved in research in the area of organizationa behaviour. My specific areas are Stress and Health, Emotional Labor and Health, Stress, Workplace Spirituality, Performance and Health, Psychological Contract and Performance, etc. I have completed 2 projects funded by University Grants Commission, 1 project funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research and 1 project funded by SAP DRS I, Department of Psychology, Banaras Hindu University.
