Also supervising Power Distribution Network of 65MW.Worked on Existing Power Generation Plant of 56 MW including :5 Dual Fuel Engines, 1 Wartsila Genset 18v50df with rated output capacity of 16MW.4 Niigata Gensets 18v32CLX with rated output capacity of 5.96MW each.1 Nanjing Steam Turbine with revised output of 16 MW.MV bus bar of 6.3KV and LV bus bar of 4000 A. My job responsibilities include:● Ensure supply chain for CFPP project and material inspection/handling.● Cable Tray installation for Power cables.● MV/LV switchgears installation and commissioning and Earthing mesh installation.● 132KV/6.3kv grid installation project.● Prepration of SLD with respect to Load flow Analysis with the consultancy of Siemens Germany.● Performed Power Transformers maintenance, De-sludging, de-hydration on 20/26MVA & 10/13MVA traffos.● Ensure continuous and smooth operation of power production and transmission in both Island and "Parallel with grid" modes.● Inspection, installation and maintenance of the plant and to monitor and regulate GENSET performance (Engine and Generator)● Preparation of Daily generation and oil consumption report. Responsible to keep SFC in OEM designed normal range. ● HFO/Diesel decanting and treatment through Centrifugal Purifiers of Alfa laval and record maintaining of Oil balancing.● Ensure reliable and efficient switching, power protection and control systems.● Responsible for technical modifications in Power Protection as and when required. ● Preparing indents and inquiries regarding electrical spare parts for smooth and reliable plant operation.● Supervised major maintenance of 8k, 18k, 24k, 36k, and 48k of Wartsilla and Niigata Engines.
