  Placement with Yellow Cards team at Birmingham City Hospital

  Worked with the Yellow cards team at Birmingham city hospital and explored a unique area within Pharmacy, I delved into: Pharmacogenomics and ADRs, Polypharmacy and ADRs, ADRs in pregnancy and congenital malformations as well as the Importance of patient ADR reporting. I collaborated with other placement students to set up an awareness event so that people within the university are able to gain knowledge about this, and how they should go about reporting any adverse effects they experience with medication.
