Developed individual and group data strategies for a group of North American retail companies, uniting them and guiding them through several implementations. Developed the product, set up the supply chain, found product-market fit, and set up the systems.- Helped a large Canadian fashion retail chain CEO make quicker and smarter decisions in buying, pricing, discounting, inventory allocation, and vendor negotiations. Built a process and tool to automate integrated product, store, and financial performance reports to align a siloed executive team.- Built and led a decision support function for North American cannabis company in the top 25 on its stock exchange.
