As one of the largest academic events, this event convenes leading global experts to explore a diverse array of topical subjects across four concurrent workshop streams.As a student ambassador, my role involved welcoming guests, working closely with panel chairs to facilitate speaker presentations and ensuring the seamless progression of panel proceedings. I was responsible for providing support to two workshop streams, encompassing a total of eight panel sessions and 25 speakers/ presentations. This included providing digital support by organising and preparing presentation slides, ensuring they were ready and displayed on the correct screens, and maintaining the sequence of speakers, ensuring seamless transitions between presentations. Additionally, I also captured photographs of speakers and panel discussions to document the event and provide promotional material. Show less
