  •Manage and lead R&D team to design, prototype and verify new Soft Durometer Cannula (16SOFT) and ensure compliance with ISO14971 and ISO 10993-1•Collaborate with project team to develop and acquire data to determine the aerosol density of a breath enhanced (Nebutech) nebulizer during the onset of inhalation. The control system was developed in Labview using a real-time target.•Key contributor in the re-launch of the 7900 High Flow Bubble Humidifier (ASTM F1690 compliant). •Work closely with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to qualify procedures (assembly and inspection) using statistical methods.•Improve product performance through documentation and resolution of manufacturing and quality issues.•Develop test systems to evaluate the performance of medical devices.
