  Plan and development of the Brazilian business startup with Softec MGMT. I spent the first period in Italy where I was introduced to the company's solutions, operations and staff. I also managed the whole documentation of the Regione Toscana funding program that the company decided to apply for in order to finance the internationalization project. After several business trips supporting the CIO, I definitively moved to São Paulo, where I spent some months. I was the only person of Softec on the field and my scope was to verify the business opportunities and manage the venture, before deciding for an operational establishment. Some tasks were: meet and develop the relations with Brazilian prospects, partners and lawyers, be the connector among Italian and Brazilian teams around all key areas, present the solutions to the prospects.
