  Managing the help desk and Collaborative tools at the University of Georgia Provides supervisory role for EITS' Student Technology Support (STS) and Network Support Partnership group (NSP). STS is a group of part-time student workers who, under the guidance of EITS staff, provide Internet connection support for UGA students in the Residence Halls, Family Housing units, and PAWS wireless access locations. NSP technical staff provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for networking issues to all members of the UGA campus community. Ran a small cluster of ESX servers hosting out SQL and web servers in addition to application servers. Directly supported a document management system. Provided front line desktop support as well as assisting the system administration team.
