  Responsible for the end-to-end ownership of key strategic propositions, capability and customer experience improvements. Led insight gathering activities, business requirement capturing, business case approval up to CEO Board Level and customer experience improvements to ensure that Tesco Mobile maintained their position as number one in the industry for customer satisfaction.- Delivered the capability for customers to collect their pay monthly mobile order from one of the 2,600 Click+Collect location in Tesco stores.- Commercial lead for the development of 'Recommend a Friend' capability, leveraging customer advocacy to drive mobile acquisition.- Defined two new insurance propositions including the integration of the product into the Family Perks proposition.
