The silo structure was supported on a 26 meters diameter, 2 metersdeep, concrete raft foundation. The concrete walls were constructed using sliding slipform system, with internal inverted precast cone. The wall thickness was 75 cm forheight of 8.3 meters then 40 cm for a height of 57.7 meters.
