Project Managing eleven awardeess across multiple sectors around climate justice, mental and physical health, reskilling the workforce and human rights for children, migrants and sex workers. This involves relationship management, providing informational and strategic support and appraising the progress the awardees have made to date on their projects. Identifying gaps in the organisation where awardees could be assisted with additional non-financial support such as Organisational and Board Structure, Fundraising, Communications etc. Reporting project summaries and updates to corporate sponsors and the Department of Rural and Community Development. Organising and hosting webinars for the Accelerator Programme on the Innovate Together Fund. On this fund, we hired consultants to train our awardees around technology to assist during COVID-19, leadership, fundraising, diversity and inclusion, financial sustainability and communications. Liaising with multiple expert consultants in relation to the fee and payment, details of the event and the design and topic emphasis and style of each webinar Managing the logistics of each webinar. This involves seeking and incorporating awardee feedback into our accelerator plan, registration management, task delegation to graduate staff and technology set-up to ensure a smooth running event.
