The terminal houses 25 above ground storage tanks which is connected to the oil jetty at the Port by means of 8 km long pipeline.   Joined one of the premier US based Federal Services Organization to be part of a dynamic team which supports the the Department of Defense DoD under the US Army Corps of Engineers' (USACE) facility maintenance services and minor repairs program of all facets of fuels system storage, transportation, and distribution systems at continental U.S. and outside the continental U.S. facilities. I was given the role to support the project team in Guam and nearby Islands for various engineering responsibilities; from review of maintenance inspection reports, assessment of deficiencies noted, development of scope, and work plan for resolution and concurrence by USACE.
