  I created, wrote and hosted a late night live radio show on film, fashion & pop culture. Looking back I was such a 🐛I was good buy boy did I NOT believe in myself. Today I'm proud to be able to connect the dots and draw from this experience where I had stage fright, insecurities, doubts, self-sabotage, impostor syndrome, self-esteem issues. I wish I'd known then what I know now. Still - my job is not not dwell on the past but to help shape YOUR future using all my tools, all the experience I have to help others become 🦋as I believe if you're a coach, you better had found a way to help yourself first!   Creative Writer / Assistant Event Manager

  My first job experience working in a pool of extremely talented people focused on work, work and then some more work. I fit right in 🎈as I looooooove my work too YEY! I was a creative writer, script writer, speech writer and assistant event manager for corporate events and product launches. I had to design an event, manage it, write write write write everything - from invitations to scripts to the speech their CEO gave to motivate his/hers employees. Seriously? You don't know what to say or how to say it? NO PROBLEM - that's what i'm here for! I loooove helping people shape their message to show how much they support their team! 📣 Show less

  Imago is a family run agency - that means an account manager is accountable for anything and everything! I surely had my hands full at this agency and we had a lot of fun with the team too! This is where I got my first experience in client acquisition and pitching. My greatest accomplishment at this agency was landing a 30K client and a year long contract with one of the largest shoe manufacturer in Slovenija. This was the first client I landed after securely fucking up a pitch for another company LOL. Jokes aside, it's not all roses and bunnies hoping around in our lives.   Head of Marketing Communications

  As head of marketing communication I was leading a small in-company team of 12 people / from accounts, digital, design & copy. We functioned like an agency taking on big and small projects, testing new ideas while running what worked to boost sales. Merkur is a retailer offering a gazillion products to customers - and we had to know the WHO WHY & WHEN for all of them. I'm proud of the fact that under my leadership two individuals who's skills and talents were previously unnoticed got promoted and more empowering work was offered to them. I love helping people grow ❤️I worked with this company for a year prior to giving birth to my first child and amidst the financial crisis of 2008. My greatest accomplishment is raising visibility using ATL and "from the shelf" strategies while enduring a 35% budget cut from the get go!!! Thinking on my feet much!- ATL advertising campaigns- Privat Store Label marketing communications using a "from the shelf" branding strategy.- all the sales promotion materials to support the sales team while- supervising all EXYU markets and their marketing communications budgets and campaigns- and managing the overall marketing budget with a 35% dent in it.   Independent Consultant / Content Creator / FUTURE OF WORK

  As a freelance consultant I worked with companies Krka, Helios and Danfoss Trata along many others helping them create content that spoke to their stakeholders in a way that strenghten their brand positioning. I am especially proud of the Danfoss Trata project FUTURE OF WORK which won the 2015 BEEP AWARD @HR konference for employee engagement. My role in this project was leading the design team as well as leading the content creation in vision with the content strategy. We4 worked closely with Danfoss internal marketing department Mateja Panjan and Bojana Zupanič. Our aim was to use the event of their 20th anniversary of aquisition to Danfoss global to position this Slovene based company Trata is an engineering leader of tomorrow with an immense talent pool of engineers, innovators & visionary management team. The project included almost 1/3 of the company employees who all contributed in some way to the success of this project. It was a big success both in raising engagement as well as hitting our positioning target! My special contribution to this project amongst many was a very interesting bilingual script for the main gala event in Cankarjev Hall. A full auditorium of 500 were able to follow this event in both slovene and english language while nothing was translated but the script flowed - two speakers on stage at the same time twisting words so you could either listen no one, the other or both and get the point! When I started coaching I decided productivity was the way to go and I primarily focused on workshops and coaching individuals on how to prevent burnout, work smarter and achieve the work-life balance they've always wanted.
